Two Months and Eight Days II by Barsa Ray

Day before yesterday,

I escorted you out of my mind,

shutting the door.

Now I am waiting to see,

if you will come in,

through the window.

Like the terminally ill,

tired of waiting,

two months and eight days later,

we will pretend,

we never knew each other.
